Meeting dates and themes

Monday 9th September 7pm – 9pm

Age, Ageing and How it Affects us.

Age defines us in so many ways. It affects how we see ourselves and those around us. Ageing is inevitable and asks us to confront or be in relationship with our bodies, our minds and perhaps our souls.

Whatever age you are or relate to, come and join us for an evening of discussion and connection as we explore what age means to us.

Cost is £7 on the door to cover tea, coffee and cakes.

Bring along your curiosity, your willingness to listen and your open mind.
