We invite you to join us for a special Alexander Technique taster workshop and Q&A with our guest Caroline Dale, who has been teaching the Alexander Technique for 19 years.
Our bodies are shaped by our habits. Our conscious (and unconscious) habits can be at the root of many of our unwanted difficulties. Stress, tension, pain and injury can be the result of repetitive physical and mental patterns that have developed over many years without us realising it. The Alexander Technique is an educational and practical tool for managing and changing our problematic habits.
During the talk, Caroline will discuss and demonstrate the principles underlying the success of the Alexander Technique in improving many thousands of people’s lives over the past 120 years.
To gain relief from chronic backache or to change a postural habit that started at school or earlier on can change your life and your future.
“Thank you, Caroline. I hadn’t realised when I started learning Alexander Technique that it would be such a useful part of my toolbox of litigation skills!”
– C H (Barrister)
